Elizaveta Jurievna Manerova was born in 1960 in Shadrinsk town of Kurgan region. In 1980 she graduated from painting-pedagogical department of Sverdlovsk art college, in 1987 - from department of furniture-decorative cloth of Moscow Highest art-industrial college (former Stroganovskoie). From 1987 she has been  a participant of city, regional, zonal, republican and  international exhibitions. A member of Artists' Union of Russia from 1993 year.
