Sergei Chezganov was born in 1953 in Sverdlovsk (Ekaterinburg). From 1964 to 1968 he studied at Sverdlovsk evening art school №1. In 1975 he graduated from Sverdlovsk Architectural institute. From 1987 he became a free-lance painter and designer. The artist prefers to work in a field of painting and construction of kinetic sculptures.
